As a dedicate student of taekwondo I should live by the principles of the blackbelt creek, Courtesy, Modesty, Indominable Spirit, Integrity, Self Control.
Integrity

Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. Having integrity means doing the right thing when nobody is looking, being trustworthy in the eyes of others, and keeping your promises. In the martial arts world, integrity means being a person of honor.
Indominable Spirit

Indomitable Spirit is closely related to Perseverance. Both include pushing things that are hard for us. But Indomitable Spirit is all about our attitude. You can persevere through something and still be beaten by it in the end. To be Indomitable is to be unconquerable. You push through hard things with a smile on your face! You believe in yourself so fiercely that nothing can stop you from accomplishing your goals.
Self Control

Always be in control of your emotions and your surroundings. True respect comes only from self-control.
